Recruitment campaign for Novo Nordisk’s Swedish headquarters in Malmö. Potential new employees should be identified through social media channels and then receive onboarding at the office following their employment.
The campaign took the form of a film distributed through, among other channels, LinkedIn and Facebook. A number of employees from the office appear in the film to talk about what it means to be a part of the company. To reflect the warmth and the fantastic workplace atmosphere, we kept a number of bloopers in at the end. The film was produced in partnership with Deep.
We also produced a welcome kit for new employees as an add-on to the project. The case contains practical gifts and inspiring phrases that offer encouragement at the start of a new career.
