To make it easier for people with cystic fibrosis to prepare nutritious and tasty meals.

Background
Cystic fibrosis is a congenital disorder that affects, among other things, the metabolic system. For people with the condition it is therefore difficult but vital to maintain sufficient nutrition, as they may need more energy than other people. Sometimes, however, it can be a struggle to find inspiration for meals that satisfy both the palate and the nutritional requirements.

Solution Together with an experienced chef, we produced a cookbook that aims to ensure that people with cystic fibrosis have easy access to recipes that guarantee nutritious meals. The book, which is currently available in Danish, includes everything from vegetarian tapas to calorie-rich casseroles and provides inspiration for a varied and enjoyable diet.
