PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Relevans is committed to conducting business with integrity, transparency and respect for people, society and the environment. This Code of Conduct defines the ethical standards and principles that guide our operations and decision-making.
This Code applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, suppliers and business partners acting on behalf of or in collaboration with Relevans. Suppliers and business partners are expected to comply with this Code of Conduct or equivalent standards.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND ETHICAL STANDARDS
Relevans complies with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards in all markets where we operate. All individuals covered by this Code are expected to act in accordance with both legal requirements and high ethical standards in all business activities.
ANTI-CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY
Relevans has a zero-tolerance approach to corruption, bribery and any form of improper business conduct.
No employee, partner or representative may directly or indirectly offer, give, request or accept any form of bribe, facilitation payment or other undue advantage.
All business decisions must be made objectively, transparently and in the best interest of Relevans and its clients. Employees are expected to exercise sound judgment and seek guidance in situations where ethical risks may arise.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
All individuals must avoid situations where personal interests conflict, or may appear to conflict, with the interests of Relevans or its clients.
Any actual or potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to management without delay.
GIFTS AND HOSPITALITY
Gifts, hospitality or other benefits must be reasonable, transparent and in line with applicable laws and accepted business practices.
Such benefits must never influence, or be perceived to influence, business decisions or professional judgment.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
Relevans ensures that confidential information and personal data are handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
All individuals must safeguard sensitive information relating to clients, employees and business operations and must not disclose such information without proper authorization.
RESPECT FOR PEOPLE AND HUMAN RIGHTS
Relevans is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment.
We promote equal opportunity and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, abuse or any form of unfair treatment. All individuals are expected to treat others with dignity, respect and professionalism.
HUMAN RIGHTS AND FAIR LABOUR PRACTICES
Relevans respects internationally recognized human rights and promotes fair and ethical working conditions.
We do not tolerate any form of forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking or child labour in our operations or value chain.
All employees, suppliers and business partners are expected to uphold these principles and comply with applicable labour laws.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELL-BEING
Relevans is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
All individuals are expected to follow health and safety guidelines and contribute to a workplace that supports both physical and psychological well-being.
Managers have a particular responsibility to lead by example and ensure that these principles are implemented in daily operations.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Relevans is committed to reducing its environmental impact and conducting business in a responsible and sustainable manner.
We promote efficient use of resources, energy efficiency and responsible consumption, and we seek to collaborate with environmentally responsible partners across our value chain.
REPORTING CONCERNS AND WHISTLEBLOWING
Relevans encourages employees, partners and external stakeholders to report any concerns or suspected misconduct, including violations of this Code, unethical behaviour or breaches of applicable laws.
Reports can be made through direct contact with management or via publicly available contact channels, including the company’s general contact email (hej@relevans.net).
All reports will be handled confidentially and, where possible, anonymously. Relevans has a strict non-retaliation policy, and no individual who reports a concern in good faith will be subject to retaliation or negative consequences.
All reported concerns will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
This mechanism is available to both internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITY AND ENFORCEMENT
All individuals covered by this Code are responsible for understanding and complying with its principles.
Relevans reserves the right to monitor compliance with this Code and to take appropriate action in case of violations, including disciplinary action or termination of employment or business relationships.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Relevans is committed to continuously improving its ethical, social and environmental practices and expects the same commitment from its partners.
